Return Policy

You have 21 days to return your items after the delivery date. Any returns after the 21 days will not be processed. We will issue the return to your original form of payment.

SALE ITEMS, HATS, JEWELRY+ BODYSUITS ARE ALL FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for exchanges or returns.

ALL returned items must be in the original state it was sent. Merchandise MUST BE unworn, unwashed or altered in any way. We have the right to refuse any returned item if we believe it has been worn, washed or altered in any way

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 1-3 days for the return process.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed.

Late or missing credit
If you haven’t received a credit yet, be sure to check your spam.
If you’ve done the following and you still have not received your exchange yet, please contact us at customerservice@glencoeshop.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@glencoeshop.com

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to: 13365 W. Washington Blvd, 206, Los Angeles, CA, 90066, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
